At Gather & Grow we have four learning pillars.
Nature Explorers
Nature Explorers is the heart of Gather & Grow. Through exploration, field observations, experiments, stories, and outdoor adventures, children discover what the world is around them. With special focus on Florida, each child will gain an understanding of unique ecosystems and natural science. Each lesson encourages curiosity, stewardship, and a lifelong appreciation for the natural world while building observation and critical thinking skills.
Discovery Workshop
Discovery Workshop brings core academics to life through engaging, project based learning. Rather than worksheets and lectures, children explore subjects like literacy, math, geography, and history through games, crafts, investigations, and collaborative activities. Our goal is to make learning meaningful, memorable, and connected. This is designed to engage a larger age range with ways to continue the learning more in depth and tailored to your child at home.
Creative Studio
Creative Studio gives children the opportunity to create, imagine, and express themselves through rotating electives in art. Whether painting, building, sewing, sculpting, or experimenting with new materials, children develop creativity and confidence while discovering new interests.
Life Lab
Life Lab prepares children with practical skills they’ll use far beyond the classroom. These hands on experiences introduce topics such as gardening, cooking, physical education, outdoor skills, and more. Each semester offers new opportunities for children to build confidence, independence, and real world knowledge from people who are passionate about sharing their expertise.
